Key Responsibilities
Content Development & Storytelling:
- Create engaging, culturally relevant Arabic content for digital and social media platforms.
- Develop creative brand narratives, social media posts, campaign slogans, and marketing copy in a tone that speaks to the Saudi audience.
- Stay up-to-date with trends, viral topics, and cultural insights to craft timely and relevant content.
- Collaborate with the design and video teams to produce high-quality visuals, short videos, and interactive content.
Social Media & Digital Marketing:
- Develop and execute content strategies aligned with marketing goals.
- Write compelling social media captions, blog posts, website content, and ad copy.
- Optimize content for engagement, reach, and performance on digital platforms.
- Support community management, ensuring brand interactions align with tone and messaging.
Creative Strategy & Brand Alignment:
- Work closely with marketing teams, clients, and creative leads to ensure content aligns with brand identity.
- Brainstorm campaign ideas and contribute to content planning and execution.
- Ensure that all content is linguistically and culturally aligned with the Saudi market.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Saudi National (as per KSA employment requirements).
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Strong Arabic writing and editing skills, with a deep understanding of Saudi language, slang, and culture.
- 3+ years of experience in content creation, digital marketing, or social media management.
- Excellent storytelling abilities and creative thinking.
- Experience working on social media platforms (Instagram, X/Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
- Strong understanding of Saudi audience behavior, trends, and cultural nuances.
- Experience working in advertising, branding, or creative agencies is a plus.
- Basic graphic design or video editing skills are a plus.
